Lime Cilantro Rice with Pineapple



Ingredients

1 cup dry white rice, cooked in 2 cups water
2 tablespoons butter
juice from 1 large lime
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
Salt and Pepper to taste.

Directions
  1. Cook rice. As soon as it’s done, toss in the butter and stir to melt. Add lime juice, pineapple, and cilantro. Stir to combine, and then add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
