2 garlic cloves, smashed
1/4 dried thyme
1 bay leaf
2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon red pepper
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 lb chicken tenders
1 1/2 cup cornflakes, crushed
Directions
- Preheat over to 400 degrees and line baking sheet with foil. Lightly spray with cooking oil.
- Add the garlic, spices and buttermilk. Add chicken and let marinate for an hour.
- Drain the maranade. Roll each piece of chicken in the corn flake crumbs. Place on the prepared baking sheet. Continue with remaining pieces in a single layer.
- Bake until firm, about 15 minutes.
