1/2 bag of Frozen Corn
1 can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
1 tablespoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Chili powder
1 Onion, chopped
1 Green Pepper, sliced
1 can diced tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and mix well. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
- Garnish with cheese and serve with cornbread or in tortillas to be used as a taco filling.
