1 1/2 cup Rice
4 tablespoons Cooking Oil
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 large Onion, chopped
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 cup frozen Vegetables
2 Eggs, beaten
Directions
- Cook the rice.
- Heat oil in the pan, add the garlic, onion, salt, pepper, sugar, and soy sauce. Stir fry until onion is cooked thoroughly.
- Stir in the beaten eggs, stir frying until the eggs are done. They should look stringy, not like scrambled eggs.
- Add the vegetables and stir fry until heated through. Stir in rice and mix well.
