Chicken thighs- 1 package
Dijon mustard- 1/2 cup
Maple syrup- 1/4 cup
Rice wine vinegar- 1 tablespoon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Mix dijon mustard, maple syrup, and rice wine vinegar. Put chicken into an oven proof baking dish.
- Salt and pepper the thighs, pour mixture over them, turning the thighs in the mixture so they are fully coated.
- Bake for 40 minutes, baste throughout. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
