1 tablespoon Oil
3 Eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups Water
1 16 oz package Frozen Stir-Fry Vegetables, thawed
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1 Chicken Bouillon Cube
2 cups White Rice, uncooked
Directions
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add eggs; cook until set, stirring occasionally. Remove from skillet.
- Add water, vegetables, soy sauce and bouillon cube to skillet; bring to boil. Stir in rice; cover.
- Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in cooked eggs. Serve immediately.
