1/3 cup Butter
2 cups sliced Mushrooms
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1/2 teaspoon Basil
8 oz Pasta, cooked and drained
1 cup fresh Spinach, torn into bite-sized pieces
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup Swiss Cheese, shredded
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
- Melt butter in skillet, saute mushrooms.
- Add cream and basil; heat
- Pour over hot pasta; mix throughly.
- Add spinach, cheese, salt and pepper; toss well to mix.
