1 can Refried Beans
1 jar Salsa, divided
1 8 oz package Cheddar Cheese, divided
1/4 cup Chopped Onion
8 Flour Tortillas
Directions
- Preheat over to 350°.
- Mix beans, 1/2 cup of salsa, 1 cup cheese and onion until well blended. Spread remaining 1 cup salsa onto bottom of 13 x 9 baking dish.
- Spoon 1/4 cup of the bean mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up. Place seam sides down, over salsa in baking dish. Top with the remaining salsa and cheese.
- Bake 20 minutes or until heated through
Serves 4, 2 enchiladas each
